Welcome to Jexor. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jexor. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Voice Cloning & Intellectual Property

You may only clone voices for which you have obtained explicit consent from the original speaker. Jexor retains ownership of its underlying AI models and technology. You own the audio you generate, subject to these terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Flutterwave. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jexor is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
